Traynor YGM-3 Reissue Mods

This Reissue YGM-3 from Traynor came in for some modifications. Notice the printed circuit board that’s used like an eyelet board. The board has no traces on it, and all connections are made with wire just like the original. The silkscreened legend is a nice bonus!

This Victoria 5E3 clone (Fender Tweed Deluxe) came in making some very weird noises. A simple broken wire was the culprit, thanks to the nice build of this amplifier it was very easy to spot and repair.

Acoustic 150 Solid State amp repair

This solid-state amp made by Acoustic came in for some lovin’. The output section was blown and a lot of the capacitors needed replacing. This thing is built very well compared to most solid-state amps and now sounds very loud!

Korg Electribe Rotary Encoder Repair

This Korg Electribe has tubes in it! The rotary encoder knobs weren’t working properly, skipping and changing directions randomly. Turns out the grease they were lubricated with has migrated down into the actual rotary encoder area and was fudging things up good. It is now fixed!
